Week 36: May 28/29, 2019 FIRST GRADERS ARE #1!!! We will end this year as Paleontologists! We will have a mini dinosaur unit before our end-of-the-year party. I hope you all are looking forward to Kindergarten Graduation during the last hour of the last cohort of the year! There are no different expectations for dress-code. This is intended to be a fun, year-end celebration. Please bring layers, as it may be rainy!
I am also looking forward to our all-school end of the year party at Baker Bay Park! This will be Friday, May 31.
As a reminder, students are welcome to bring 1-2 healthy snacks. Out of respect for all students, thank you also for ensuring all snacks are nut and peanut butter free. If you forget your snack or unable to provide one, Miss Wagner has Goldfish for your child.
Please Remember:
Students may want to bring:
A healthy snack (NO nuts/peanut butter please!)
A water bottle
A sweater or jacket
A change of clothes and underwear
**Due to a change in our snack policy, I am no longer able to provide snacks in cohort without prior permission. This is to protect any students with food sensitivities and/or allergies. Thank you for your cooperation! Shares Back-to-school season is always such an inspiring time of year. I hope you just as excited as your child to share in the magic of learning and growing. There are no shares this week, as school is just beginning! If you have not already done so, please establish a Seesaw account. Instructions and more details can be found in the weekly email. Snacks It is recommended for your child to bring 1-2, healthy snack(s). Since we are a home-based school, we do not provide lunch or lunch services. Please keep this in mind and pack the amount of food that is appropriate for a snack, and not a meal. Students have 20 minutes for snack time each cohort. We recommend healthier choices, but we recognize this is a decision for parents to make. Out of safety concerns for those with allergies and food sensitivities, please be mindful to pack a snack with no nuts or peanuts. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!
